The incentive, provided by the Ministry of Economic Development, aims to increase the competitiveness of the country&#8217;s manufacturing system. The measure supports the <strong>purchase of equipment,<\/strong> <strong>systems<\/strong>, <strong>software<\/strong>, <strong>hardware<\/strong>, <strong>digital technologies<\/strong>, and <strong>machinery<\/strong>, even if purchased under lease. The 2022 <strong>Budget Law refinanced the Nuova Sabatini Plan until 2027,<\/strong> with an amount of \u20ac240 million for both 2022 and 2023, \u20ac120 million for each of the years from 2024 to 2026, and \u20ac60 million for 2027.<\/p>\n\n<p>With the decree of April 22, 2022, issued by the Minister of Economic Development, Giancarlo Giorgetti, and the Minister of Economy and Finance, Daniele Franco, the &#8220;New Sabatini Plan&#8221; measures were redefined, with eligible amounts ranging from <strong>\u20ac20,000 up to a maximum of \u20ac4 million<\/strong>. The decree also introduced two new lines of intervention: &#8220;<strong>New Sabatini Green<\/strong>&#8221; and &#8220;<strong>New Sabatini South<\/strong>.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p>The incentive can be awarded in a single installment, but only for loans not exceeding \u20ac200,000 (until the available resources are exhausted). For <strong>loans exceeding \u20ac200,000<\/strong>, the incentive is awarded in multiple annual installments. <\/p>\n\n<p>Eligible companies are those that, at the time of application:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>have an operational headquarters in Italy;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>are duly <strong>incorporated and registered in the Business Register<\/strong> or the Register of Fishing Companies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>are in <strong>full and free exercise of their rights<\/strong> and are not in voluntary liquidation or subject to insolvency proceedings;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>are not among those who have received and subsequently failed to repay or deposited in a blocked account aid deemed illegal or incompatible by the European Commission;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>are not in a situation that would qualify as &#8220;<strong>companies in difficulty<\/strong>&#8221; as defined in the respective EU regulations for the sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Nuova Sabatini is a tax relief for companies investing in the purchase of new capital goods aimed at improving their business operations.
